What personal identifiable information does the panel collect from me?
Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, the APTN Insiders panel asks for your name, email address, postal code, personal address and phone number. The more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize your experience.
With whom does APTN Insiders share my information?
APTN Insiders will not disclose any of your personal identifiable information without your permission.
Business Partners and Sponsors
APTN Insiders may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 45% of panel members are female) information to business partners or sponsors. No individual information, survey responses and forum posts will be shared with business partners or sponsors.
How can I update, correct, or delete my personal identifiable information?
You may edit your APTN Insiders panel profile at any time by using your ID and
password. If you have forgotten your password, please submit password request.
What are the general guidelines for posting on discussion forums?
Please respect other users on the forum. Posts or comments that are mean-spirited, inflammatory, vulgar, promotional, or rude will be removed. Posts containing personal information, personal attacks, or criticism toward other users, moderators, APTN Insiders or representatives will be deleted. Abusers that post messages containing inappropriate language will be suspended or banned from further participation in the APTN Insiders panel.
What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?
Your APTN Insiders Account Information and Profile are password-protected. This is
to protect you and ensure that only you have access to this personal information.
We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. APTN Insiders will
never ask you for your password in a phone call or in an email.
What else should I know about my privacy?
Please keep in mind that any personal information you disclose online may be
collected and used by others. This could be in an email, on a message board, or in
a chat area. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the
public, you may receive unsolicited messages.
